Bean to bar chocolate workshop

In Peru there is a great culture of cacao and chocolate. In this workshop we ­­offer the delicious and unique experience of learning the processes to make your own chocolate.

It includes:

  • In-depth explanation about cocoa, nutritional benefits and work on farms.

  • Explanation and practice of all the steps to make handmade chocolate. Like roasting, peeling, grinding, refining, tempering and finally moulding chocolates.

  • Preparation and explanation of drinks made with cocoa.

  • Moulded 120g chocolate.

  • Each passenger takes their own chocolates.
